- 请合法、文明地使用云梦聊，并妥善保管密码。
- 你的组织管理工作空间，并可以将你移出。
- 你发送的内容归你所有。未经同意请勿录制通话。
01关于本条款
本《用户协议》是你与云梦聊（“云梦聊”或“我们”）之间的协议。创建账号或使用云梦聊，即表示你同意本协议。
云梦聊让你可以与工作空间内的同事收发消息、分享文件，并进行语音和视频通话。你所在的组织也可能对你在工作中使用本应用另有规定。
02你的账号
你须年满16周岁方可使用云梦聊。
请使用本人手机号码和有效的公司团队码注册，并保持资料真实准确。
请妥善保管密码。你需对账号下的所有行为负责。如发现他人可能登录了你的账号，请立即告知我们。
03工作空间与管理员
你所在组织的工作空间所有者和管理员可以管理成员加入、开启或关闭功能，以及设置邀请链接、发言权限等群设置。
管理员可将你移出工作空间，并可能根据组织政策查看或导出工作空间内容。
04聊天与群组
你可以进行单聊或群聊，发送图片、文件和链接。
群主和群管理员可以添加或移除成员、修改群资料、置顶消息和禁言成员。
消息撤回后会从其他成员的聊天中删除，但对方可能已经查看、复制或转发了该消息。
05语音与视频通话
你可以通过网络进行单人或多人通话。通话质量取决于网络状况，运营商可能收取流量费用。
云梦聊不能替代电话服务，无法拨打紧急求助电话。
在法律要求的情况下，未经所有参与者同意，请勿录制或传播通话内容。
06使用规范
请勿利用云梦聊：
- 发布违法、有害、仇恨或色情内容
- 骚扰、威胁或冒充他人
- 发送垃圾信息或实施诈骗
- 上传恶意程序，或试图破坏、攻击、绕过我们的安全措施
- 未经许可收集其他用户的信息
07拉黑与举报
你可以在聊天菜单中拉黑任何人，或举报消息、用户或群组。我们会审核举报，并可能删除违规内容或限制违规账号。
08你的内容
你发送的消息、图片和文件归你所有。
你授权我们仅在为你和你的工作空间提供云梦聊服务所必需的范围内存储、处理和传送这些内容。
你需对自己发送的内容负责，并确保你有权分享这些内容。
09我们的应用
云梦聊的名称、标识和软件归我们所有。我们授予你个人的、不可转让的权利，在本协议范围内使用本应用。请勿复制、修改或反向工程本应用。
10账号暂停与终止
你可以随时在“设置 › 账号”中注销账号。
如你违反本协议或法律法规，或你的组织停用工作空间，我们可能暂停或关闭相关账号。
11免责声明与责任限制
云梦聊按“现状”提供。我们会尽力保障服务稳定和安全，但不保证服务始终不中断或没有错误。
在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或附带损失承担责任，我们的总责任以你在过去 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。
12条款变更
我们可能更新本协议。如有重大变更，我们会在生效前通过应用通知你。你继续使用云梦聊，即表示接受更新后的协议。
13适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议由上海市有管辖权的人民法院管辖。本协议任何条款无效的，不影响其余条款的效力。

- Use Yunmeng Chat lawfully and respectfully, and keep your password safe.
- Your organization manages your workspace and can remove you.
- You own what you send. Don’t record calls without consent.
01About these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Yunmeng Chat (“Yunmeng Chat”, “we”). By creating an account or using Yunmeng Chat, you agree to them.
Yunmeng Chat lets you message, share files and make voice and video calls with people in your workspace. Your organization may also have its own rules for how you use the app at work.
02Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Yunmeng Chat.
Sign up with a phone number you own and a valid company-team code. Keep your details accurate.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
03Workspaces and admins
Your organization’s workspace owner and admins control who can join, which features are on, and group settings such as invite links and who can post.
Admins may remove you from the workspace. Depending on your organization’s policy, they may also access or export workspace content.
04Chats and groups
You can message people one-to-one or in groups, and share photos, files and links.
Group owners and admins can add or remove members, change group info, pin messages and mute members.
Messages you delete for everyone are removed from other members’ chats, but someone may already have seen, copied or forwarded them.
05Voice and video calls
You can make one-to-one and group calls over the internet. Call quality depends on your connection, and data charges from your carrier may apply.
Yunmeng Chat is not a replacement for a phone service and can’t be used to call emergency numbers.
Don’t record or share a call without the consent of everyone on it, where the law requires it.
06Acceptable use
Don’t use Yunmeng Chat to:
- share illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone
- send spam or run scams
- upload malware or try to break, overload or get around our security
- collect other users’ data without permission
07Blocking and reporting
You can block anyone or report a message, user or group from the chat menu. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.
08Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, photos and files you send.
You give us permission to store, process and deliver that content only as needed to run Yunmeng Chat for you and your workspace.
You are responsible for what you send and for having the right to share it.
09Our app
Yunmeng Chat, its name, logo and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms. Don’t copy, modify or reverse-engineer it.
10Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or when your organization ends its workspace.
11Disclaimers and liability
Yunmeng Chat is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Yunmeng Chat means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Shanghai. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
